Refund Policy

Refund, Return & Replacement Policy – Active Forever by Coach Parry

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Active Forever by Coach Parry. If you experience any issues with your order, please read our policy below to understand how we can assist you.


1. Refunds & Replacements

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact our Customer Support within 30 days of receiving the product.

To submit a claim:

  • Email us with a photo of the item and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 3 business days.
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

For lost packages, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


2. Replacement/Refund Exemptions

We cannot grant refunds, credits, or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed packages returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs payable by you.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds for changes of mind are not available. If you choose to accept returns or offer exchanges at your expense, please contact us for further instructions.
  • Rejected by Customs: If a package is returned due to customs rejection, no refunds will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover customs fees and comply with import regulations.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders marked as “Accepted” and prepared for shipment cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Products: No compensation will be provided for advertising or product creation costs if a product is discontinued or out of stock for an extended period.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days for refunds to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@coachparry.com for assistance.

Note: Refunds may be issued as store credits unless cash refunds are specifically requested.


4. Governing Language

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
