Welcome to Active Forever by Coach Parry. Below you’ll find our comprehensive Shipping Policy, designed to give you all the information you need about how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, returns, and more.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States (excluding military bases)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands
  • Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden
  • Australia, New Zealand
  • Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Macau

2. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: 2–5 business days before shipping.
  • Bulk Orders (200+ items): 5–10 business days before shipping.
  • The processing time begins once your order status changes to “Accepted”.

3. Shipping Options & Costs

US Domestic Shipping:

  • Regular: Starts at $4.50 (1–4 business days via USPS).
  • Express: Starts at $9.00 (1–3 business days via USPS Priority).

International Shipping:

  • Zone 1 (Canada): From $17 (2–5 business days via FedEx).
  • Zone 2 (Europe): From $18 (2–5 business days via FedEx).
  • Zone 3 (Asia-Pacific): From $20 (2–5 business days via FedEx).

All orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center.


4. Customs Duties & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on the destination country’s regulations.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be prepaid by us.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs clearance processes.
  • If your order is delayed, please reach out to our Customer Support for assistance.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Eligibility:

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue.
  • Lost Packages: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • If approved, we will either:
    • Replace the item (shipped within 5 business days).
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exemptions:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for changes of mind.
  • Customs Rejection: No refunds if customs rejects or returns your package.
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, you will be liable for reshipment costs.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • You can cancel or update your order only while it is marked as “New”.
  • Once the order status changes to “Accepted”, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

  • We currently offer only the shipping options listed above.
  • As we grow, additional options may be introduced.
